Step-by-step guide

  1. There are two forms attached to this wiki page: Direct Deposit Form and Business Mileage Worksheet. Fill these forms out. 
  2. Write your full name along with your UID on the back of your receipts. 
  3. Return the completed forms and receipts to an Eboard member (you can scan documents and send via email), and you're ready to get reimbursed!
