Date: 10/7/20

Attendees

  • P21462 Team

  • Guide Jennifer Indovina

  • Clients: Marcos Esterman, Alvaro Rojas

Goals

  • Talking with our customers to confirm our ideas and concept selection are aligned with their vision for the project.
  • Effectively explain our system level design concepts to our customers.  Work through our entire thought process including system analysis, concept generation, benchmarking, concept selection, risk management, engineering analysis, and planning for the next phase.  Go over any questions or concerns from the customers and our guide, and leave the meeting satisfied and confident in our progress.

Agenda and discussion notes

60 min Gave Systems Level Design PresentationAllPresented our Phase 2 Powerpoint
20 min Took Questions Regarding the PresentationAllHad answers to all questions and left the review with confidence.

Issues Raised

  • Confusion about Cart Configuration System Analysis Block
  • Will the cart have an intermediate position in terms of the scissor lift?
  • What has the team come up with on the Human Interfacing part of the design?
  • Will the display show real-time power usage/generation?

Decisions Made

  • The Cart Configuration System Analysis block was a block created very early in the brainstorming process.  It did not further confuse the team, but we are aware that it is basically a "setup" and not necessarily a needed block in the system architecture.
  • Intermediate positioning will be a decision made after prototyping to address the issue of feasibility.
  • The human interfacing part of the design has had work done behind the scenes.  A little bit of the ideology was presented before the review, and the progress made in this area will be addressed in the next review.
  • The display information will be addressed during the next phase after evaluating the current parts and part functionality.

Action items

  • Complete a peer evaluation after your review.
  • post meeting notes document to each phase
