Issues Raised
- Rubber rollers for fiber feeding
- PTFE tubing for fiber (3k or 1k)
- Thermocouple input for Microcontroller
- Thermocouple is desired over thermistor
- Solve problem of stepper controllers
- Simple cutting mechanism (X-acto blade with solenoid)
Decisions Made
- Denis said we won't need to buy Bowden stepper motors
- 1.75 mm diameter TP is the main focus (3K & 1K fiber feeds are still the focuses right now)
- Focusing on 24V options in BOM
- Denis wants to use the higher temp option first to test with (450 C)
Action items
- Complete a peer evaluation after your review. Recommended template is here
- Complete 3-week plan for Phase IV
- Mitch will update heating system
