    • Demonstrated through the following:
      • Having a clearly defined and agreed upon problem statement and project deliverables
      • Consolidated and ranked list of customer requirements (CRs)
      • Consolidated and categorized list of engineering requirements (ERs)
      • Use scenarios
      • Draft(s) of project plan
  • Identify gaps that exist between the team's ability to meet the project goal (in context of the ERs and CRs) and the actual state.
  • Some potential questions to answer include the following:
    • Does the problem statement appropriately capture the project and its scope?
    • Are there any additional CRs and/or ERs?
    • How should the use scenario(s) guide the work that the team does?
    • Are the CRs properly prioritize?
    • Are there any gaps in any of the discussed subject matter?
      • Identify action plans to close them
