• Share the system-level proposal that the team has developed through decision matrices and other team-based discussion
• Highlight and explore various steps throughout process used to arrive at the proposal
  • Updated engineering requirements (ERs) and customer requirements (CRs)
  • Morphological charts
  • Pugh matrices
  • Concept selection criteria
• Identify potential weakness points and establish an informed plan to move forward with based on discussion(s) among attendees
• Receive feedback on discussion topics and on overall system concept proposal
• Identify potential areas that may not have been addressed in team's work and strategies to mitigate or solve them
