Promoting Users
For some meetings, you may wish to provide certain participants access to just the Camera and Voice Pod. Rather than promoting them to Presenter or Host, you can specifically enhance their rights for certain areas of the meeting. To do this, follow these instructions:
- Highlight the participant’s name(s) in the Attendee list located in the Connect Meeting Room.
- Next, click on the ‘wheel’ icon in the lower-right hand corner of the Participant List.
- Select the Change Enhanced Participant Rights option.
- Choose the Pod you would like to give the Student Enhanced Rights to.
Categorical Rights
If you want them to be able to have the same options you have on the Camera and Voice Pod, and then check the box next to the Share Pod and click OK.
