Using PGi With Connect

Setting Up Your Account
  1. Log-in to Adobe Connect at http://connect.rit.edu with your RIT username and password.

  2. Click on the My Profile link in the upper-right corner of your Connect home page.
  3. Select My Audio Profiles, and then New Audio Profile.


  4. Select PGi NA from the provider drop-down menu.


  5. Enter your account information into the profile fields, and then click Save.
Setting Up Phone Conferencing
  1. To set up the phone conferencing with an Adobe Connect Meeting Room, first select the Meeting menu option, then New Meeting.
  2. When you fill out the meeting information, be sure to check the Include my PGi audio conference with this meeting.
Starting a Phone Conference
  1. After logging into the Connect Meeting Room, locate the phone icon at the bottom of the Attendee List Pod.
  2. Select Start Audio Conference from the drop-down menu that appears.
  3. Both you and the participants will be prompted to Join Teleconference by typing in phone number.
  4. Go up to the Meeting toolbar, and from the drop-down select Record Meeting.
