Name >> Position Number: Enter PC# and Version then hit ENTER 2x

Click on the paperclip to upload any document:


Type in “Category” field Job Description, tab over to “Description” field and type in JDQ + Year. 


Tab over until Oracle’s file upload screen pops up and browse for the file/upload.  Select the appropriate file.   Hit Submit


After you submit, you should get a confirmation message:

You can close out of the GFM Upload page and then hit YES to the ORACLE message:

FYI: When uploading a new JDQ for a position, if there is an existing JDQ already – do not remove. This is why we put in a year – so the employee can see all the documents.
