To promote proper stewardship of RIT resources, content should be reviewed before importing to determine if it is still needed. RIT has finite storage space in each replacement tool. Additionally, after you have imported wiki content into another tool, request that the wiki space be removed (decommissioned). Decommissioning inactive, unused wiki spaces will assist the ITS and CTL project teams to determine who still need to be contacted about their wiki spaces.

Review Exporting Content for instructions on how to export from Confluence and the export options available.

Formatting and features will be lost during document conversion and can vary based on the replacement tool. This is a limitation of the various vendors and their compatibility.
