07/06/2012:
Most recent meeting with Joe Pow
Talked about the following
- How to organize the class: decided on credit but with flexible hours during the week. Like a job with a required amount but done whenever participants have time.
- How to keep the class on track? Informal design reviews for sponsors such as Joe Pow and Maria, PERFORMANCE, COST, SCHEDULE
- perhaps at the end of each quarter
- need a more specific schedule to make sure the project stays on track, checks throughout the quarter to analyze progress
- How do we organize the work force? A work breakdown structure with each individual an expert on a key component of the display
- Projector
- Mirror
- Computer
- Motor
- FPGA board
- Need a parts list with prices and links (NOOOOO!)
- Would like to have everything ordered and arrived at the Bat Cave before school starts
- Discussed the possibility of intern slaves...ahem, helpers. But none available currently
- Joe wants to meet with as many people from the group as possible in an up and coming meeting (probably to make sure I'm not making up willing participants).
PREVIOUS meetings condensed:
- SIP: Student Initiated Project
- Weekly minutes to stay organized
- Be the new joe pow with a camera, aka a stalker
- Limit the amount of people working on this to as small as possible. Small, efficient, streamlined (cicely's dream)

MEGAN IAFRATI dit :
When should the parts list be done by so we can get everything ordered and delivered by the beginning of school?
