Members of the Society of Software Engineers are currently working on the software, which is tentatively titled "SpaceJam".
SpaceJam is an interactive 3D library that allows for the proper view and interaction of 3D objects on the Volumetric Display. Qt allows for intuitive and cross platform 3D rendering of content, and the LEAP controller allows for programmable 3D interactions that can range from simple pointing to unique gestures. While the initial source code will be in C++, the hope is that developers will be able to write their own applications utilizing these modules in any language that has sufficient bindings in Qt (and/or LEAP).
