- A Student or Teaching Assistant have a Drop or Withdrawal on their SIS record for the course.
- An Instructor or Teaching Assistant may have been assigned to the course previously on SIS and then removed in the Registrar's records by a Scheduling Officer. This will create a Drop in the the SIS Integration with myCourses SIS Integration for the course.
To correct this, the Student enrollment or Instructor/TA assignment should be addressed properly in SIS by the Scheduling Officer for the academic department for an Instructor or TA, or the academic adviser of the student. Any changes on SIS will be reflected on myCourses with the next daily feed.
