- User's external email address
- The RIT Departmental Account Number to be billed for the charges. Accounts will not be created without an account number. We cannot accept any other payment methods for accounts.
- Specify whether the course intended is an RIT course listed on SIS and provide the course number(s), or indicate this is for another RIT Activity.
- Please include your phone number as well for our billing records.

On account creation we can perform a one-time enrollment to a single course if desired. If you wish to take advantage of this option include the following information with your request:
- Either the Course Offering CodeFound OR both the Full Course Number including the section AND the Semester the course is offered.
- The Course Offering Code in the course through the Course Admin link on the navigation bar, then selecting Course Offering Information.
- A Full Course Number includes the section, BIO.101.01 not simply BIOL.101.
- Do not use the 5-digit SIS specific Class Nbr, it is not a number available for reference on myCourses.
- Role for this user in the course (ie. Student, Instructor, or Guest).
