How do I change my email address in myCourses?

Starting with the Fall 2121 quarter, the email address with which you receive myCourses email is based on the Published Address you have set at http://start.rit.edu. This email address may be out-of-date, since myCourses did not previously receive the Published Address with its daily enrollment feed.

To change your email address in myCourses:

1. Go to http://start.rit.edu and click Mail Preferences on the left-hand side
2. Login with your RIT account
3. Set the Published Address to your official RIT email address, or a different email address

Once your Published Address has been saved, it will update in myCourses the next morning around 5 a.m.
