edX cannot provide invoices to learners, nor can they directly invoice an employer to pay on behalf of a learner. You will need to pay for the verified track and seek a reimbursement from your employer. When you pay for the verified upgrade, you will receive an email which acts as a receipt to prove payment. You can also access payment confirmations in your Order History. To access this:

  1. Click the arrow next to your username in the upper right of edx.org.
  2. Select Account.
  3. In the middle of the Account Settings page click Order History.
  4. Click the Order Details button next to and order to view the confirmation page.

If you need more information than what is on the receipt, please email info@edx.org with your email address and the name of the course for which you purchased the verified upgrade. The edX support team can then supply additional proof of purchase.
