edX cannot provide invoices to learners, nor can they directly invoice an employer to pay on behalf of a learner. You will need to pay for the verified track and seek a reimbursement from your employer. When you pay for the verified upgrade, you will receive an email which acts as a receipt to prove payment. You can also access payment confirmations in your Order History. To access this:
- Click the arrow next to your username in the upper right of edx.org.
- Select Account.
- In the middle of the Account Settings page click Order History.
- Click the Order Details button next to and order to view the confirmation page.
If you need more information than what is on the receipt, please email info@edx.org with your email address and the name of the course for which you purchased the verified upgrade. The edX support team can then supply additional proof of purchase.
