The options below assume that students will need to present a large enough web camera image for students who sign. These responses also take into consideration that for web camera use, some students may be limited to their phones while others may have access to a laptop or desktop with a web camera.

Captioning: If a student did a verbal Zoom cloud recording, the student should wait for the auto-generated captioning process to complete and edit the auto-generated captions for accuracy before submitting their assignment. Review details about auto-captioning and editing these auto-captions. If a student did an ASL Zoom cloud recording, the instructor can request that NTID have the videos voiced and captioned. 

Submitting: For submitting the assignment, students can paste the Zoom cloud recording URL into the text box in the assignment submission area in myCourses. Slide decks can be uploaded like any other file to the assignment submission area in myCourses. When done as part of the same assignment submission, the instructor will receive both the video recording link and the slide deck in one submissionStudents should be using Panopto for pre-recorded video-based assignments.
