• myCourses Shells After Semester Ends

Students and instructors retain access to courses after the semester is over. The course will be automatically marked as "CLOSED" on the course tile, but both students and faculty retain the same access and functionality in a closed course.

There are two items that can affect course access:

• If an instructor has put an end date on an activity or content item, it will remove access for the student to just this item on the item's end date and time.
• If an instructor manually marks their course as "Inactive", students will loose all access to the course.
