Since edX is a global platform and this is a global course, we use the edX standard of UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) when referring to course dates. You will need to convert UTC to your local time zone using a converter such as http://www.worldtimeserver.com/convert_time_in_UTC.aspx.

Please note that edX follows a 24-hour time format (often called "military time") so 12:00 is noon and 00:00 is midnight. Both the UTC times and the local times listed in the course are in this 24-hour time format.
