The Social Director (previously Media) Director Public Relations is responsible for managing and maintaining the social media and web presence of the team, as well as coordinating media content generation (i.e. photos, videos, etc.) 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the public face of the team

• Manage social media / website presence:

  • Website - launch.rit.edu
  • Instagram - launchinitiative
  • Facebook - www.facebook.com/launchrit
  • YouTube - RIT Launch Initiative

• Create photos and videos for sponsors and the website

Requirements:

• Comfortable using all social media platforms

• Capable of creating promotional material

• This is an elected position
• Able to develop photos ad videos
