RIT will permanently shut down the RIT Wiki (Confluence wiki) on February 2, 2024. Review the Wiki Shut Down Overview for information on alternative tools, exporting content from the wiki, and other FAQs.
If there are duplicate channels, something is not loading, or you have other technical issues with Slack, try reloading/resetting Slack through one of the following methods.
On a computer, reload your Slack window:
- Windows: Ctrl+R
- Mac: Cmd+R
On an iOS or Android device, reset the Slack cache:
- Tap You at the bottom of your screen
- Tap Preferences
- Tap Advanced
- Tap Reset Cache
