| The battery lasts for at least 24 hours but can likely go for 48 hours continuously without charging. The battery would likely need to only be charged once a week but overnight charging would be recommended. | ||||||
P4: Combined Power System Component Measurements | The buck converters, fuses, and AC/DC converter were wired following the power schematic with the addition of terminal blocks for added organization. The power strip and raspberry pi were also included. The motor buck converters take the 12V from the AC/DC converter and output 3V through a 3A fuse. These are connected to the raspberry pi and can power the motors. The gripper servo converters take the 12V from the AC/DC converter and output 7.4V through a 3.2A fuse. These have yet to be connected to the gripper servos. |
