From the myCourses navigation bar, click Course Admin.

Click the Competency Activities tab. This will allow you to view assignments and discussions in which the rubric was used.
You can view the Average Overall Level and Average Overall Scores for each assignment.
If you scored the rubric on a Portfolio item, these can can found on the Activities tab instead.

This will take you to a page with three different tabs.
Overall tab: Statistics for the overall level achieved.
Criteria Statistics tab: Percentage breakdowns of the levels achieved for each criterion.
Individual Statistics tab: Overall score and level achieved by each student.

The statistics icon (step 5 above) can also be accessed from the grading workflow of the assignment/discussions in which the rubric was used. It is next to where you scored the rubric for a student. It doesn't matter which student you click the icon from, it will bring you to the aggregate results.
