Folders with the name format of "myCourses\[usernname]" or "unified\[usernname]" may appear nested under a Users folder in your Browse list in Panopto. The username listed will not be your own username. These are listed separately from the course folders that appear nested under a RIT myCourses folder in your Browse list in Panopto.
These user-level types of folders occur when someone shares a sub-folder of their My Folder to you. Because the sub-folder of their My Folder is not related to a course, nor can you have direct access to their top-level My Folder, this means Panopto can only display that sub-folder to you in relation to their username. Panopto displays the parent folders of folders and videos that have been shared, even if you don't have explicit access to the parent folder.
There is no functional difference between the "myCourses\" or "unified\" parts of the folder names. It just depends on when the person's account was created and by which process.
Grayed out folders are ones you cannot access directly. This page has been moved to the new CTL Knowledge Base.
