RIT should host an annual conference and awards show arounf the most innovative and interesting mashups of technologies and skills. For example, people who combine choreography and robot design or the people working on water recycling that also cools and powers a home. Or maybe it's the psyuchologist and the composer working on ambient noise to foster creation. The point is the conference feature speaker doing interesting mashups and has awar categories to honor the best.

RIT - more than most universities - has great strengths across science, technology and the liberal arts. Bringing in these visionaries will attract national and international attention and stimulate thinking here too.
