Can Respondus convert my BlackBoard, WebCT, or other exam file?
No, Respondus cannot convert files. The only file types Respondus can import are covered in the Importing Questions topic.
If you have access to the exam on another Course Management System supported by Respondus you could configure the "Current Personality" in Respondus to use the Retrieval feature, then change your Current Personality back to Desire2Learn to publish that exam to myCourses.
