The purpose of this article is to explain how Kosovo’s air is polluted by the power plants built in the Municipality of Obiliq. They are built at a quite huge area where it can be used for agricultural purposes. In this article environmental issues are discused, and it uses two criteria to elaborate this problem. One is the air pollution created by burning lignite, and the second one is the mines where raw materials for power plants to work are extracted.
