Deleted grade Items and the entered grades can be recovered by the instructor in the Grades tool.
Recovering items and grades
- From the main Enter Grades or Manage Grades screen, click on the More Actions button.
- From the menu select Events Log.
- In the log there will be a 'Restore' link after the title and ID listed in the Items column. Click this link to restore the item and the entered grades.

Recovering categories
Categories cannot be recovered with this process. Categories would have to be created again, then restored items can be moved back in to that category. The Events Log does track the titles which can assist with recreating those categories.This page has been moved to the new CTL Knowledge Base.
