Universal Design for Learning

Goal

(question) How do we streamline our existing instruction design resources and intiatives with Universal Design for Learning? Does our instructional design and UDL become one in the same or should UDL have it's own distinct focus?

 

The following steps and process documentation details are for TLS-internal use only.

Path Moving Forward

  • Questions I Need Answered by the Design Group:
    1. What projects can be paired or augmented with universal design for learning concepts?
    2. What works best for the ID group - one singular point of contact or other? (ie Jeremiah for ID overall, Marty for GOLd, etc.)
    3. What are some low-hanging fruit efforts?
    4. Feedback on a Consult/Support Decision Tree when it  comes to consulting faculty presently (what can we realistically do with the resources we have) (Mb will send)
    5. What resources collected already can we leverage and how?
