I enrolled, but I did not get any sort of confirmation

EdX does not send an email confirmation that you have enrolled in the audit track. If you enroll in the verified track, you will receive an emailed confirmation of payment.

To confirm what courses you are enrolled in, refer to your edX dashboard. Your edX dashboard shows the start date and what track you are enrolled in.
