By default, the print queue for color printers is set to Black and White by default. To change this, follow these steps
Step-by-step guide
- In the Print dialog, click Show Details.
- In the detail print dialog, select the drop down for application specific print options.
- Select Xerox Features in the drop down menu.
- Withing the Xerox Features panel, select the drop down menu showing Paper/Output by default.
- Select Color Options in the drop down menu.
- Change the Color Correction option to Automatic Color (Recommended)
