In the upper right corner of the myCourses screen, click on your name. It does not matter if you start from the myCourses homepage or from within a course.
Click My Portfolio.
Click the course tile that you want to associate your evidence with.
All evidence must be associated with a course. If your instructor is not requiring portfolios for a course activity but you still wish to upload evidence of something that took place during a semester, you can attach it to whichever course you feel is most appropriate. The instructor of that course does not need to do anything.
Click Add to Portfolio.
Navigate to where the file is saved (upload a file or Google Drive/Office 365). Click the Open or Select button (depending on the source of the evidence) to insert the evidence to your Portfolio.
Click the evidence tile to reopen your evidence.
Type a reflection or upload an audio file for your reflection.
Click Add Category and choose one or more categories to tag your evidence. Note that you may only have School Categories available to choose from since Class Categories are set up by your instructor. You can add multiple categories and use a mix of both School Categories and Class Categories (if available). You are not able to add custom categories.
Changes are saved automatically. Click < BACK TO [the course's name] to return to your Portfolio page.
