To promote proper stewardship of RIT resources, content should be reviewed before transferring it into replacement tools to determine if the content is still needed. RIT has finite storage space in each replacement tool.

Additionally, after you have exported or transferred wiki content to another tool, request that the wiki space be removed (decommissioned)Decommissioning inactive, unused wiki spaces will assist the ITS and CTL project teams to determine who still needs to be contacted about their wiki spaces.
