Arranging and Resizing Pods

Maximizing, Minimizing, and Hiding Pods

Each pod can be hidden or enlarged automatically. In the upper right-hand corner of each pod is a “minimize” and “maximize” function (Figure A) Minimizing the pod will hide it from view to all participants. Maximize will automatically increase the pod to match the height and width of the Connect Meeting room. Once a pod has been maximized, another symbol will appear in the upper right-hand corner, the reset option (Figure B). Reset will automatically adjust the pod to original height and width.

To restore a hidden pod, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Pods tool bar option. A list of pods will appear (Figure C).
2. An arrow to the right of each pod name indicates that there is either more than one pod available to reset or you can add additional pods that perform the same function.
3. A check mark to the left of each pod name indicates that the pod is currently viewable in the Connect Meeting Room.
   

Resizing Pods

As a Host, you have the ability to move and resize any of the pods for your live Connect Meeting sessions. This gives you the option to customize the layout and look of your Connect Meeting room. In order to perform this function, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Pods tool bar option located at the top of your Connect Meeting room.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Move and Resize Pods (Figure 1).
   1. If there is already a checkmark to the left, this means that the pods are already set up for resizing and moving.
      
3. In the lower right-hand corner of each pod, place your cursor over the corner.The ‘arrow’ of your cursor will turn into a two-sided arrow. With your cursor pressed down, drag your cursor up, down, or diagonally to change the size.
