Pod Descriptions

All of the windows in the Adobe Connect meeting room are known as Pods. When you go into your meeting room for the first time, it will look like this:

  • (A) - Share Pod - Upload content in either .ppt, .gif, .jpg, .png, .flv, or .swf formats to share with all participants.
  • (B) - Camera Pod - Turn on your webcam and broadcast live video to your participants.
  • (C) - Attendee List - Displays who is logged in to the Adobe Connect meeting room.
  • (D) - Chat Pod - A log of the chat messages sent within the meeting room, including private messages to you.
  • (E) - Notes Pod - Acts like a notebook for writing notes or providing participants with helpful information.
