This is the home tp the Multi-Campus Environmental Research and Media Collaboration space. This Wiki space is for use by faculty and students of the participating courses and campuses - 1) RIT Rochester (main campus), 2) the 2 RIT CROATIA campuses, ACMT Zagreb and ACMT Dubrovnik and 3) the RIT KOSOVO campus - The American University in Kosovo. This project develops a multi-campus, student-designed, web-based interactive environmental research portal. The coordination for the project will be housed at RIT/AMERICAN UNIVERSITY IN KOSOVO and managed by Daniel Cosentino and Michael Waschak.

 The goal of the project will be fostering meaningful collaboration among the faculty and students housed at RIT, RIT-ACMT, and RIT/AMERICAN UNIVERSITY IN KOSOVO. Planning will continue over the summer of 2012. Implementation of the web portal is planned for the fall and winter terms 2012-13 with a final interactive portal available in the spring of 2013.

Our Goals 

Goal 1 - Connect the campuses

• Connect the environment policy faculty between the AUK,  2 ACMT campuses, and RIT main campus
• Connect Media & Policy faculty & students providing real clients for Media students and professional outlets for Environmental Policy content

Goal 2 - Student Involvement and Engagement across campuses

• Encourage students to meet each other across campuses and build friendships through collaborative working

Goal 3 - Raise Awareness of Environmental conditions

• Increase awareness among RIT community about environmental conditions among the 4 campuses
