    Voice Levels

When recording with your voice, you should see a blue bar move across the screen. The blue bar should fill about 50% of the bar when you are speaking for optimal voice quality. This will make sure your volume is not too low or too high for the participants in your meeting room.

  7. Test the silence level in your room. Do not make any noise during this period. If in a large room, also make sure others do not speak during this period. Connect is assessing the background noise of the room in order to optimize audio settings.
  8. Under the “Advanced Settings” (Windows Only), although not required, you may also want to check the following:
    1. Acoustic Echo Cancellation Mode should be set to Full Duplex.
    2. Check the Auto sense Acoustic Echo Cancellation mode checkbox.
  9. Select Finish to save all your settings in the Audio Setup Wizard.
