From the article can be concluded that Kosova suffers from a inefficient and mismanagement of the waste around the country. There is a lack of proper legal infrastructure and management, there is lack of awareness on the part of citizens and institutions, very large quantities of ash generation at KEK and its inadequate treatment; import of a high number of packaging and other products that become too fast a waste; lack of investment in recycling and many other problems, for which must be found a solution. From this it is suggested that treatment of waste is necessary process to achieve gradual reduction of the amount of its waste at its source prior to disposal, exploitation energy, reuse and recycling, gradual reduction of health risk and environment in general.
