Influence. I am not very good at communication and working with people who have a different mentality.

             Redoing work I already did differently without explanation

Always let others explain and finish saying their thoughts.

             Go out to eat as a group while respecting social distancing.

Listen with a level head and have a mediator/ group discussion.

             At the end of meetings, assign tasks for everyone.

 4. How will you hold team members accountable?

             At the beginning of meetings, we will discuss previous actions completed.

Achieve an efficient group environment while growing our core values. We want to have a very strong design that has undergone many iterations. Have all preliminary testing complete for proper constraints and specifications such as control method and torque requirements.
