Add the steps involved:

Join Slack if you haven't by going here.
On Slack, find the equipment-requests channel
Ask for the equipment you would like to rent and the days you want to rent it.
1. See the list of available equipment below.
2. Equipment needs to be requested no more than 21 days before the request date and no less than 7 days before the request date
Wait for Eboard to approve your request.
You will see your name appear below.

*Shoe Item numbers correspond to the size of the climbing shoe.
