Add the steps involved:

1. You can get the waiver under the "Forms/Documents" section of the wiki.
2. Download the waiver and print it out
3. Sign the waiver
4. Bring it to any eboard member or to the next club function you go to. You cannot participate in any club trips without a signed waiver.
