h3. Overview of Idea:

Cornell has the Statler Hotel.  RIT needs to have a green hotel of the future on campus that would contain the Hospitality & Service Mgmt faculty, staff and classrooms.  The hotel on campus would be a great place for prospective students to stay while visiting, right on campus\!
