This article contains data on the status of water and wastewater sector in general.
Data for the preparation of the report were collected from institutions that do monitoring of water quality, water companies and institutions that manage other governmental and nongovernmental organizations have certain responsibilities in the water sector. Parts of the report are data on laws and administrative guidelines for water, Water as strategic documents and data from projects and donors in this field. Some data presented in this report were taken from publications and various relevant reports. One of the most impressed issues in this article is the fact that rivers in Kosovo are listed as the most polluted rivers in Europe.
